Do I need to assemble the bike?
We have already assembled 90% of the bike. You just need to tighten the wheel bolts, install the seat, and atttach a few small components, and you'll be ready to go. You can referto the unboxing video or instruction manual for assembly.
Why did l buy two e-bikes but only receive one tracking number or have them arrive at different times?
Since each e-bike is shipped separately, it's possible that due to thhe shipping carrier, they may arrive at different times. Please don't worry. If you have any questions please contact the seller, you can find our information in the manual.
