These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to Electric Bike Finder, including its product search, product information, AI-assisted search, location-based e-bike regulation information, web pages, and related APIs (the “Service”). The Service is operated by Irvinesoft Inc. (“Irvinesoft,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our [Privacy Policy](privacy_policy.html). If you do not agree, do not use the Service. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
1. The Service
The Service helps you search for and compare electric bicycles using product records associated with third-party retailers, including Amazon and AliExpress. It may provide product details, search filters, AI-assisted search that turns a description into search criteria, and e-bike regulation information based on a location you select.
The Service is an informational research tool. Irvinesoft does not sell or fulfill the products shown, take payment for them, or participate in a transaction between you and a retailer. Purchases are made directly with the relevant retailer and are subject to that retailer’s terms and policies.
2. Eligibility and acceptable use
You must be legally able to agree to these Terms. If you are under the age of majority where you live, use the Service only with permission and supervision from a parent or legal guardian. The Service is not directed to children under 13.
You may use the Service for lawful personal or business research. You agree not to:
- use the Service in violation of law, another person’s rights, or applicable third-party terms;
- interfere with, overload, probe, or attempt unauthorized access to the Service or its systems;
- evade usage limits or security controls, or make excessive automated requests;
- introduce malware or submit content intended to disrupt the Service;
- collect, copy, or redistribute a substantial part of the Service or its proprietary database in a way that harms the Service or violates law or third-party rights; or
- use the Service or its output to make a decision about an individual in a way prohibited by law.
We may limit, suspend, or end access when reasonably necessary to protect the Service or others, comply with law, address misuse, or respond to a material breach. Where practicable, we will provide notice and an opportunity to address the issue.
3. Search prompts and AI-assisted search
You are responsible for the search terms and prompts you submit and must have the rights needed to submit them. Do not include passwords, payment details, government identifiers, confidential business information, or other sensitive personal information in a prompt.
AI-assisted search uses an external AI service to translate your prompt into product-search filters. Its output may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable. It is provided as a convenience, not as professional advice or a guarantee. Review the search criteria and results before relying on them. 4. Product information, prices, regulations, and third-party links
Product descriptions, specifications, prices, availability, seller information, reviews, and images may come from third parties. They may be delayed, incomplete, changed, or inaccurate. Confirm details with the seller before relying on them or purchasing. Irvinesoft does not guarantee that a product is safe, compliant, authentic, available, or suitable for your needs.
E-bike laws and regulations vary by jurisdiction and can change. Regulation information in the Service is a general research aid that may omit exceptions or updates; it is not legal advice. Check the cited primary authority and consult a qualified professional when needed.
The Service may link to retailer and other third-party websites. Irvinesoft does not control or endorse those sites and is not responsible for their content, products, services, security, or practices. Your use of third-party sites is at your discretion and subject to their terms and privacy notices. Any affiliate or sponsored relationship will be identified as required by law and at or near the relevant content.
5. Intellectual property
The Service’s software, design, original text, and arrangement of content are owned by or licensed to Irvinesoft and protected by intellectual property laws. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the Service for lawful search and comparison purposes.
This right does not transfer ownership of third-party product information, retailer names or marks, images, or other materials. You must respect applicable intellectual property rights and source restrictions. Except as permitted by law or with our written permission, you may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, sell, sublicense, or redistribute the Service itself or a substantial part of its proprietary software or database. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under mandatory law.
If you send feedback or suggestions, you grant Irvinesoft permission to use them to maintain and improve the Service without compensation or obligation to you. This does not transfer ownership of your separate materials or confidential information.
6. Availability and changes
We may change, suspend, or discontinue features or the Service. We will use reasonable efforts to provide notice of material changes when practicable, particularly if a change affects your rights or use. We are not responsible for interruptions caused by events outside our reasonable control.
We may revise these Terms by posting an updated version with a new “Last updated” date. If a change materially affects your rights, we will provide additional notice when required by law. Continued use after the revised Terms take effect means you accept them only to the extent allowed by applicable law. If you do not agree, stop using the Service.
7. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” Irvinesoft does not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, current, or that search results, product data, AI output, or regulation information will be accurate or complete. We disclaim implied warranties to the extent the law allows.
Nothing in these Terms excludes a warranty or consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded. You may have additional rights under the laws where you live.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Irvinesoft and its personnel, suppliers, and licensors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunity arising from or relating to the Service or these Terms.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that applicable law does not allow to be limited, including certain consumer, personal injury, fraud, or intentional misconduct claims. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions or limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
9. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. Irvinesoft may suspend or end your access as described in Section 2. Provisions that by their nature should continue after termination will survive, including provisions concerning intellectual property, disclaimers, and liability.
10. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are subject to applicable law. Any dispute will be handled by a court or other forum with jurisdiction under the laws that apply to you and Irvinesoft. Nothing in this section waives consumer protections or mandatory rights that apply where you live.
11. General terms
If a court finds a provision unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect to the extent permitted by law. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not transfer these Terms without our consent. Irvinesoft may transfer these Terms as part of a reorganization or transfer of the Service, subject to applicable law.
These Terms and the Privacy Policy form the agreement concerning your use of the Service, except that mandatory law prevails and any separate terms expressly presented for a particular feature will apply to that feature.
