- Electric bicycle classes and path access: Nevada defines three e-bike classes up to 750 watts and allows them where bicycles may travel, including roads, lanes, and shared-use paths. Path managers may restrict access after the required process; natural-surface nonmotorized trails are locally regulable. No statewide e-bike-specific age or helmet rule was verified.
