1How far can I ride on a full charge?
In pure electric / throttle mode, about 35‑45 miles; with pedal assist (PAS), up to 90 miles. Actual range varies depending on rider weight, speed, terrain, temperature, tire pressure, and riding mode.
2My daily round‑trip commute is 35 miles. If I ride at top speed with pedal assist on, will the battery last?
We recommend using pedal assist mode and maintaining a steady speed, avoiding full throttle all the way. Riding at top speed greatly increases power consumption and may not guarantee 35 miles of range; with PAS and reasonable speed control, you can usually complete the round trip.
3Does pedaling charge the battery?
No. This bike does not support charging while riding; you must plug in the included charger to recharge.
4Can I purchase an extra spare battery?
Yes, but please contact customer service. Our batteries may not ship from the US warehouse, so pricing will be quoted based on the actual situation.
⚡Speed & Performance
5The official top speed is 40 MPH — is that with pedal assist or throttle only?
40 MPH is the maximum speed achievable under favorable conditions (flat road, proper tire pressure, etc.), and both throttle mode and pedal assist mode can support it. Actual speed will vary depending on rider weight, battery level, terrain, and mode.
6Can I modify the motor, controller, or battery to increase speed, or modify appearance accessories and paint?
We strongly advise against modifying the electronic control system. Any unauthorized modification may damage the bike, reduce reliability, and directly void the 1‑year warranty — please do not attempt it.
However, we welcome appearance modifications! At our US rider meetups, we’ve seen many creative color and accessory customizations that impressed us. For example, the custom windshield for our R700 Pro was inspired by customer feedback. Feel free to share your creative appearance mods in the comments!
7Can I control or adjust the bike via a mobile app?
No. All operations are performed via the display, throttle, pedal assist system, and handlebar buttons.

8What is the warranty policy?
We offer a 1‑year warranty. If you encounter any product quality issues, please contact us with your order number, photos, and videos. Our support team will assist you based on the actual situation.
9The power button / speed display is broken — how can I order replacement parts?
Please send us your order number, photos, and videos of the issue. If it is covered under warranty, we will replace it free of charge.
10I bought this a few weeks ago for over $1,100, and now it’s discounted to over $900. Can I get a price adjustment?
Product prices fluctuate due to platform promotions, coupons, subsidies, and inventory changes. The final price is determined by the page at the time of purchase; we cannot refund the difference.

15Does this bike have suspension? Where?
The bike is equipped with an inverted front fork suspension and a rear frame 350‑lb shock absorber suspension. It effectively absorbs impacts on gravel roads, light off‑road trails, and bumpy surfaces, enhancing riding comfort and delivering an exceptional riding experience. In particular, the inverted front fork offers greater rigidity and more precise handling compared to standard forks, making it suitable for off‑road and riders with special requirements.
16Is this bike suitable for DoorDash or other food delivery services?
Yes, it is very suitable. With fat tires, pedal assist, pure electric mode, and up to 90 miles of PAS range, it meets local delivery needs. Please check the e‑bike laws and regulations in your area before ordering to ensure compliant use.
