How to turn on the dual-motor mode?
Press and hold the "+" button for 3 seconds to activate the front motor. A small dot will appear on the front wheel of the bike icon on the display, indicating the front motor is turned on.
Why can't I turn on the e bike after installing it?
There is a red switch button on the battery, you need to turn it on first("I"=ON;"O"=OFF). If you don't use the bike for over 2 weeks, it is recommended to charge the battery to about 80% and turn the switch off.
Why can't my e-bike reach the top speed of 45 -50 MPH?
Please make sure your battery is fully charged, turn on the dual motor mode, and set the PAS level to 5 (Different road terrains, rider's weight, battery level and etc. will all affect the actual speed of the e-bike).
What should the 0-19P LCD instrument parameters be set for this ebike?
