WyomingElectric bicycle classes and local authority
Wyoming defines three e-bike classes under 750 watts and generally applies bicycle operation rules; e-bikes are not motor vehicles for driver-license, title, registration, or insurance purposes. Local authorities may regulate bicycles and e-bikes. The statewide statutes reviewed do not clearly settle path access; no Class 3 age or e-bike helmet rule was verified.
