Electric bicycle classes, helmets, and paths

North Dakota defines three e-bike classes up to 750 watts and generally permits them on bicycle/multi-use paths unless the managing government prohibits use. Class 3 requires a speedometer; operators under 18 must wear helmets. No separate statewide minimum operating age was verified.
