New Hampshire Regulations
- Electric bicycle classes, age, helmets, and paths: New Hampshire defines three e-bike classes under 750 watts. Class 1 and 2 may use paths unless barred by the managing authority; Class 3 is generally limited to a path adjacent to a road or expressly authorized. Class 3 minimum age is 16; riders and passengers under 18 on Class 3 must wear helmets, and a speedometer is required.
