GeorgiaElectric bicycle classes, age, helmets, and path access
Georgia distinguishes Class I, II, and III e-bikes, sets a minimum road-use age of 15, and allows Class 1 and 2 path use unless prohibited. Class 3 path use is limited to paths adjacent to a highway or locally permitted paths; Class 3 operators and passengers must wear helmets and the bike must have a speedometer. Official materials conflict on motor wattage, so this seed does not state a watt limit.
