In unincorporated Collier County, the ordinance regulates e-bikes on public sidewalks and crosswalks and sets class and age limits, pedestrian yielding, and bike-lane rules when lanes are available. It took effect when filed with the Florida Department of State; the filing date was not established.

NaplesE-bike prohibition on City shared paths, parks, and sidewalks
All classes of e-bike are prohibited on City shared-use paths, in parks, and on sidewalks. Riders under 16 may not operate Class 3 e-bikes. Signage or City Council approval may authorize otherwise. Ordinance 26-15864 was adopted May 6, 2026; the exact effective date was not established.
