Unsafe bicycle riding on sidewalks, bikeways, and boardwalks

Section 56.15(1) prohibits operating a bicycle in willful or wanton disregard for the safety of persons or property on a sidewalk, bikeway, or boardwalk. California Vehicle Code § 231 says an electric bicycle is a bicycle. The code publisher notes that recently enacted legislation may take up to three months to appear online.
